The inspection standard for the appearance of cosmetic glass bottles.

Testing method
1.  Appearance quality inspection The appearance quality is mainly judged by visual inspection, and compared with standard samples and limit plates.  
2. Printing, bronzing and spraying strength.
2.1 3M810 tape test，Paste the tape on the part that needs to be tested, flatten it with your fingers, wait for about 30 seconds, pull down the tape quickly, and test once in the same place.  
2.2 Hundred grid test，Use a hundred grid knife to draw  100 small 1mm×1mm grids on the test surface,  each scribe line should be deep to the bottom of the paint, and then use 3M810 tape to test, no more than one grid off.  
2.3 Stability test，See "Packaging Material Stability Test Standard" 
2.4 Alcohol soaking，Put the glass bottle into a 50% alcohol container and soak for 2 hours, there is no abnormality.  
2.5 Friction test，The hot stamping part was rubbed 50 times with filter paper, and there was no obvious abnormality.  

3 Net content inspection Measure a certain amount of water with a graduated cylinder and pour it into the shoulder of the bottle, calculate whether it meets the requirements of the net content, and use the actual content to test if necessary.
