Rules for sampling inspection of cosmetic glass bottles

The inspection items are divided into routine inspection items and type inspection items.  

1. Routine inspection items include appearance, compatibility, material, specifications and dimensions, net content, air tightness and printing, bronzing and spraying strength. Appearance, compatibility, material, printing, bronzing and spraying strength must be inspected for each batch, air tightness, size, and net content must be inspected at the first arrival, and subsequent arrivals will be randomly inspected once for three batches.  
2. Type inspection includes physical and chemical properties. Suppliers must provide a type inspection report every six months during normal production, but they must also provide a type inspection report in the following cases:
1. When there are major changes in raw materials, processes, etc.,
2. When quality problems of type inspection items occur,
3. When the national quality supervision department proposes type inspection requirements

Sampling inspection rules 
1. The sampling inspection rules are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828.1, and the inspection items are routine inspection items.  
2. The classification, defect category, sampling inspection level and AQL value of nonconforming products are as follows：
