The production process of perfume glass bottles includes: seasoning, melting, forming, quenching and other processes. Each details the following:

1. Seasoning, according to the material list of the design plan, weigh various raw materials and mix them in a mixer. The key raw materials of laminated glass are: quartz sand, dolomite, marble, ammonium bicarbonate, boric acid solution and so on.

2. For melting, the selected raw materials are heated under high temperature to produce a well-balanced laminated glass liquid without bubbles. This is a very complicated whole process of physical and chemical changes. The melting of laminated glass is carried out in the furnace. There are two key types of melting furnace: one is the tong pot kiln, the laminated glass frit is contained in the tong pot and heated outside the tong pot. The small tong pot kiln only puts one tong pot, and the large one can have as many as 20 tong pots. The tong pot kiln is manufactured in a gap type, and now only optical lenses and tone laminated glass are produced in the tong pot kiln. The other is a tank kiln, in which the laminated glass frit is melted in the kiln, and fire is used to heat the upper end of the laminated glass liquid level. The melting temperature of laminated glass is mostly 1300~1600°C. Most of them are heated with flames, but also a small amount of heating with electric current, which is called electric melting furnace.

3. Forming is to transform the molten laminated glass into a solid product with a fixed appearance. Molding must be carried out within a certain temperature range. This is the whole process of refrigeration. The laminated glass first changes from a viscous liquid to a plastic state, and then into a ductile solid. The molding method can be divided into two types: manual molding and mechanical equipment molding.
