Common problems in the process of silk screen printing of cosmetic glass bottles

  1. There are bubbles in the printed products of the glass bottle of skin care products after printing - UV ink can not add additives and unmatched diluents. If this phenomenon occurs during normal use, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

  2. When the cosmetic glass bottle is printed, the screen sticks to the substrate - the viscosity is too large, please add a matching thinner properly to increase the distance between the printed matter and the screen.

  3. After the glass bottle is cured, the printed matter is sticky or not cured - check the circuit, prolong the curing time, and increase the power of the lamp.

  4. Insufficient adhesion of the ink film after the glass bottle is cured - choose the appropriate ink.

  5. After the glass bottle is cured, the ink film is brittle - whether the ink film is overly thick, choose the appropriate ink.

  6. The glass bottle printed product has pattern defects - the glass bottle screen should be carefully cleaned to prevent the downtime from being too prolonged and light curing; check whether the screen plate is defective.

  7. The covering power of the ink film is insufficient or excessive - adjust the angle of the squeeze and the pressure on the screen, and replace the squeegee with a suitable hardness.

  8. When the glass bottle is printed with little words or fine patterns, the lines are blurred - replace the scraper with a suitable hardness.

  9. The appearance of glass mesh - properly add a matching diluent to reduce the viscosity.
